These terms cover your use of the NUVORA website and the reports you buy from us. They are written in plain language. Our full legal terms are also published in our Terms of Service, and nothing here removes a right you have under South African consumer law.

About NUVORA

NUVORA is a personal appearance refinement service. We produce personalised analysis reports covering facial proportions, grooming, skin, hair and style direction. The service is for personal guidance only.

Not medical advice

Nothing in a NUVORA report is medical, dermatological, cosmetic-surgical or clinical advice. NUVORA is an appearance and personal presentation service. If you have a concern about your skin, hair or health, please see a qualified professional.

Your report

Your report is produced for you from the photographs and information you provide. Its accuracy depends on the quality and accuracy of what you submit. We cannot be responsible for a report built on photographs that are unclear, taken at the wrong angles, or not of you.

Photographs you submit

By uploading photographs you confirm that you are the person in them and that you may submit them. We use them only to produce your report and handle them as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us.

Intellectual property

Your report is licensed to you for your own personal use. It may not be resold, republished, or shared commercially without our written permission. The NUVORA name, website and report format remain ours.

What we promise, and what we do not

We promise a report produced individually for you, delivered in the format and timeframe described at checkout. We do not promise a particular appearance outcome, and results depend on what you choose to act on. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, except where the law does not allow that limit.

Payment, cancellation and refunds

Prices are shown in South African Rand and include any applicable tax. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by South African law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of South African courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service changes. The current version always appears on this page. Last updated: 16 September 2026.
